North South Foundation, Cincinnati Chapter will conduct annual Math Bee and Spelling Bee on April 20, 2008 at the Xavier University.

--- Spelling Bee (need to know spelling of the word) ---- 9:30 AM EST 9:45 AM EST
o Junior Spelling Bee: Grades 1, 2, & 3
o Senior Spelling Bee: Grades 4 thru 8
--- Vocabulary Bee (need to know meaning of the word) ---- 11:15 AM EST 11:30 AM EST
o Junior Vocabulary Bee: Grades 1, 2, & 3
o Intermediate Vocabulary Bee: Grades 4 thru 7
---- Math Bee ---- 01:00 PM EST 01:30 PM EST
o Junior Math Bee: Grades 1 & 2
o Intermediate Math Bee: Grades 3 thru 5
o Senior Math Bee: Grades 6 thru 8
Registration deadline is April 6, 2008. Fees are about $30 for each test. If you select Math bee and Spelling Bee, you have to pay $60. 2/3 of These are tax deductable.

Last year we attended this event along with only three other Agrani families. This event is definitely a place for exposing your children to a broader competitive environment making them think they can spend time in other ways than computer games, video games etc.
Lets make our chidren's presence felt this year. Please post comment to pledge your participation and bring at least 20% prizes.

Amiit is particiapting Math and spelling bee. Last year after being declared Math wizard by the class techer, he could not bring a prize. This year We will try our best.
