Our Ushmil Sarkar & Nandini Chatterjee, gave excellent performances at the Asia Cultural Fest 2008, held at Reakirt Auditorium (inside the Cincinnati Museum Center)

The entire program of 30 minutes presented by AUM ~ SHAKTI students, featured seven dance items, and included 2 Bengali folk dances.

After the program, Joya Sen who choreographed all the dance items was interviewed by WMKV 89.3 FM RADIO. The interview will be broadcast tomorrow, Sunday MAY 4th 2008 at 7:00 PM.

Dear Community Members,

Two Bengali groups will be performing at the Asian Festival (Cincinnati Museum Center) this year.
Chittrangada (1 PM - 2 PM), Bharat Natyam and Bangla Folk dances (2.45 PM- 3PM).

You might recognize some of the performers and presenters.

Admission to the Festival is free and there will be lots of other fun Far East events.
